The Seven kings refer to empires that have and will rule the world. The past five kings are the Egyptian Empire, The Persian Empire, The Roman Empire, The Ottoman Empire and the English Empire. The present king is, the United States. The book trails the fantastic search of the Next Empire to rule the world by a group of extra-ordinary beings.
